Hayes Carll Announces New Album ‘We’re Only Human’ and Fall 2025 Tour
Hayes Carll is set to release his deeply personal and reflective album We’re Only Human on August 8th via HWY 87 Records/Thirty Tigers. The album showcases Carll’s signature blend of thoughtful lyrics, grit, and sardonic wit, with standout tracks like "Progress Of Man (Bitcoin & Cattle)," a sharp commentary on greed and narcissism in society.
Carll describes the album as a journey of self-reflection, exploring themes of insecurity, hope, resilience, and the need for grace in our imperfect world. The album’s closing track, "May I Never," features a powerful ensemble of guest artists including Ray Wylie Hubbard, Shovels & Rope, and more.
In support of the new release, Carll has announced an extensive fall tour, including stops in Austin, Dallas, New York, Toronto, and more.
